What a great last day! A bit chilly but the scenery was fantastic. Rolling hills with some good climbs & fun descents. We all took our time & rode in together.

Rang my bell while riding past a herd of resting cows and they immediately stood up and began running along the road with me!
Entered Monterey county! Climbed 2000ft over the San Andreas fault amidst beautiful golden mountains dotted with green trees. California is looking pretty nice.

Biked through California's vast farmlands. Fields of tomatoes, grapes, oranges, almonds as far as the eye can see. 2 days from Monterey & it's still really hot.

At the best flat party to-date. 14 of us are pulled over, eating grapes, flattening pennies on the train tracks, and making oregon trail jokes. 7 miles in.

Last build day in Delano, CA and did Habitat's brush with kindness program. Landscaping all day. It was fun. Now I'm at the city's annual Filipino festival.

Just climbed to 6122ft with grades up to 13%. It took 4 hours and half the team walked part but I biked the whole way with Corey and Dre speaking in accents.
