Today we're en-route to Las Vegas, NM. 95 miles, high winds, a few descents into and climbs out of canyons, and so far the heat is holding off. I only rode 35.
Yesterday: 88 miles ending in a 3 mile 7% climb. High of 107 & I finished in 15 hours! Though i desperately wanted to quit, Alex pushed me through & i'm glad.
Two days ago: 46 mile ride and rode sweeps with Eddie. Crossed into New Mexico and the mountain time zone. Everyone arrived before noon!
3 days ago: last day in Texas. Amazing scenery and ride. Left at 6am and saw the sun rise and felt the cool breeze. It's really looking like the West now.
